It’s a lot of fun. You’re right in the heart of the action. Every boat in the fleet has to get around you to start and finish. All that, plus you don’t even have to leave your seat!
The Committee Boat crew hard at work
I’m talking about serving on a race committee. We need committee boats and race committee members for Wednesday nights and for our Saturday events including the upcoming Rasta Race and Raftup (Saturday, July 23).
It’s really easy, Peter or I will train you and help you set up the course. If you can run a stop watch, you can be on the race committee.
If you’re interested in volunteering for a race or two please let Peter or me know.
